HGV2 DUST CART DRIVERS

HGV Class 2 Dustcart Driver (Refuse Collection Driver/Loader) in Yate, South Gloucestershire.

Job role

• Drive a dustcart (refuse truck)
• HGV Driving assessment + induction required before starting held in YATE
• Collect residential waste
• Help load bins if needed (it’s a driver/loader role, so manual work is required)

Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 06:45 start – 15:15 finish
• Weekends optional

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Maximum 6 points on licence (no DR convictions)
• Driver CPC and tachograph card
• Willingness to do physical/manual work
• Safety boots and hi-vis

• 12-week temporary-to-permanent role
• Driving assessment + induction required before starting
